You must destroy enemy stickmen with the bazooka given to you. You have 3 shots for this. Remember that other stickmen are shooting at you. So you should shoot as soon as possible. There is a more practical method to destroy Boom Sticks. Aim at the explosives near them... If you cannot destroy them in 3 shots, you can buy extra ammunition.
